5.2. Prepare a Testday

Before you drive to the test track and execute your test day you should prepare and ensure the following:

5.2.1. Prepare Hardware

  1. Install the DV System as it will used on the Testday: Installed DV Box, installed Tractive System Accumulator, installed actuators including autonomous system brake, installed shutdown unit without bridging any shutdown circuit participants.

  2. Ensure that one can drive manually with installed DV system.

  3. Ensure that the inspection mission is running successfully and the RES works as expected.

  4. Ensure that the ACU can record camera images.

5.2.2. Prepare Software

  1. Ensure that the Autonomous System runs with the version(s) that should be tested. (not necessary on the ACU) (see Software Testing)

  2. Ensure that the Autonomous System on the ACU is up to date.

  3. Ensure that the control and inference module are still working on the ACU, fix the issues otherwise.

5.2.3. Prepare Materials

  1. Ensure that you packed everything you need generally/mechanically
